POOL INFO, SECURITY AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Pool wifi password = Spartans2020
• The Chisholm Ranch neighborhood pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the summer season.
• Adult Swim hours are from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, for homeowners only, 18 years and older.
• The final closing date is not set, but the pool is typically closed after Labor Day; dates subject to change.
• Every Monday morning the pool gets a shock treatment.  We want to make sure you and your family have the best pool experience, so it is suggested to avoid swimming on Mondays until after 11:00 AM. This is especially true for small children.
• Children must be 14 years old or older to be unsupervised at the pool. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by someone who is 16 years of age or older.
• All residents and guests must have a pool key with them while using the pool. Any residents using the pool without a pool key should be prepared to provide their name and street address upon request. 
• All residents are asked to be vigilant and watch for trespassers. If you see someone entering the pool area or using the pool and you don’t recognize them as a CR resident, politely introduce yourself and confirm they are a resident.
• If you believe someone using the pool is trespassing and they refuse to leave, do not confront them further. Contact the Bixby Police department to report the trespasser.
• If you are exiting the pool area and there are no other persons at the pool, please lock both pool gates. This guideline applies during the day as well as at pool closing time. 
• Do not enter the pool if you feel ill or have had a fever in the past 24 hours.
• Limit your time in the pool to avoid overcrowding.
• It is recommended homeowners clean all surfaces with their own disinfecting wipes.
• No smoking or vaping in pool or deck area.
• No running.
• No glassware.
• No diving is permitted.
• Be sanitary and utilize the Pool Restrooms.
• No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
• For safety and vandalism purposes, surveillance cameras are turned on at 9:00 p.m. Individuals who violate pool hours will be asked to leave.

Trash Service

Trash service is provided by American Waste Control Inc.

Trash day is on Thursdays. Our diligent garbage men are in the neighborhood on Thursdays before 7:00 AM.  We would suggest you put your trashcan out the night before.

 Home Improvements

In an effort to keep the neighborhood looking in tip top shape and to make sure no one builds a moat as a fence, you should review the covenants and by laws prior to any construction.  The process for home improvements is pretty painless.  Please draw up or write out your plans and submit them to the architectural committee for approval.  Once you receive approval, you can commence work on your home beautification project.
